§ 4-16. Determination of a potentially dangerous dog.

  • (a)

    The county sheriff or a county deputy sheriff is hereby designated as the person responsible for determining when a dog is a potentially dangerous dog.

    (b)

    The county manager is hereby designated as the authority to hear any appeal from a determination made as to whether a dog is a potentially dangerous dog.
